The 5th and final ATLAS General Assembly will be in 2 parts. The first part will start with a welcome reception and dinner at the Playfair Library on the evening of Sunday 8th March. Monday and Tuesday will be dedicated to plenary sessions.

The second part of the meeting will take the form of a writing workshop. Delegates will check out of accommodation at KM Central on the Wednesday morning, where a coach will take us to the Dalhousie Castle Hotel just outside Edinburgh to work on writing papers. There will be a whisky tasting and Scottish ceilidh on Thursday evening, and delegates will depart on Friday 13th March, after breakfast.

We need to know numbers attending both the final meeting, and the writing workshop which follows.

The meeting will coincide with the 6 Nations Rugby match between Scotland and France, taking place on Sunday 8th March. There have been requests for a group booking to watch the rugby. We were unable to secure tickets for the match, but we have managed to book space at the renowned rugby specialist pub, the Ghillie Dhu. https://ghillie-dhu.co.uk/

Payment of £550 to include all accommodation, catering, whisky tasting and ceilidh (except for Tuesday dinner) should be made through the University of Edinburgh's online payment portal, ePay. The link will be added to the ATLAS website and follows here too. If you plan to attend the whole meeting, but are happy to share a twin room, the cost is £375.
