We take reasonable safety precautions when shopping and delivering, it is important to clean all packaging on your order once it is received. *
You have already paid a delivery fee.  Before you receive your order, you will be charged a shopping fee of 10% of your receipt(s) total.Ex.  If your purchase comes to $110, then you will e-transfer $110 to cover your purchase.  You will also receive an invoice for $11 for our shopping services.  Invoices can be paid via credit card or e-transfer.  Both need to be paid before groceries will be delivered. *
Stock status at the store can be unpredictable.  We will call/e-mail, but if we can't get in touch with you, what would you like us to do? You can also specify in each item allowable substitutions. For example, if you request gluten free bow tie pasta, and only gluten free linguini is available; or if you want Cashmere Envirocare Toilet Paper (12-24 rolls) but only Charmin is available (roll of 4). *
PRESCRIPTION PICK-UP:  Please provide the medication name, as well as the name, address, and phone number for each patient. If you are not interested in any of this, leave blank.
HEALTH AND PHARMACY: Please describe any over the counter medications, vitamins, supplements, personal & sexual care items, or first aid items.   If you are not interested in any of this, leave blank.
BEAUTY AND BODY: Please describe any baby supplies, bath, body, dental, hair, fragrence, skin care, or make-up items.    If you are not interested in any of this, leave blank.
