Chaffee County EMS is distributing N95 respirators free to the community. They will be distributed in a pack of 4 N95's per person.

You must come between Noon - 1pm on Tuesday 01/04/2022, at the Chaffee County EMS/ Chaffee County Fire station - 499 Antero Cir Buena Vista, CO to pick up the N95's.

This is limited to the first 100 people to sign up for each day. If 100 people sign up, responses to this form will be disabled.

If you would like to receive an N95, please sign up below. Every person who wants a 4-pack must sign up as supplies are limited, but they do not have to be present - you can pick up N95's for friends and family.

Theses are one size fits most adults.

Unfortunately there are no pediatric N95's.
