The Legacy Award will be given to an individual who has made a lasting and meritorious contribution to multicultural leadership development throughout their career.  The Legacy Award is a career lifetime achievement award.  The nomination criteria are as follows:

• Nominee has been with the Y for 10 plus years
• Nominee has made lasting and substantive contributions to multicultural leadership development throughout their Y career.
• Nominee has been a guide and mentor to other Y colleagues in educating and involving them in the area of diversity and
       inclusion

The Luminary Award is given to an individual who has distinguished themselves through professional practice and service to the Y, and has assisted in the promotion of multicultural development in the Y movement.  The nomination criteria are as follows:

• Nominee holds a leadership position within the Y.
• Demonstrated leadership in the promotion of multicultural development in the Y movement.
• Nominee has been instrumental in recruiting and/or involving Y staff into the fold of multicultural development.

The Rising Star Award will be given to an up and coming Y professional who shows promise in the continued leadership of multicultural development.  The nomination criteria are as follows:

• Nominee holds a non-executive position within the Y.
• Volunteers and engages multicultural leadership within the community.
• Shows promise as a strong leader within the Y.
