HUDL (pronounced as huddle) is a youth development agency based in London.

We are dedicated to the professional and personal growth of young people aged 16 - 25 from low socio-economic backgrounds and we work in partnership with young people, organisations and networks to diversify opportunities and impact positive change.

We are looking for motivated, creative, inspiring individuals to join our recruitment team, as a member of the recruitment team, you will be required to tap into your networks to share opportunities and support others to join HUDL programmes and events.  You do not need any prior work experience or experience of recruiting people, training and support are offered.

HUDL recruiters is a paid opportunity, as a recruiter, you will work with us throughout the year as and when a new programme or event is launched.

How it works

Step 1: Check that you are eligable to join the recruitment team

 - Aged 16 -25
 - Based in London
 - Eligable to work in the UK, with own bank account
 -  If under 18, have permission from a parent or carer to join HUDL

Step 2: Submit your application - once we recieve your application it will be reviewed by a member of the team  

Step 3: If your application is successful, you will be asked to select and attend an online HUDL recruiters induction and assessment session.

Step 4: When a new HUDL programme of event launches we will get in touch to see if you are availble.
