About Nadia Moukaddem

Nadia is an investment professional with more than 9 years of experience in the field of investment, entrepreneurship and SMEs with a focus on emerging markets. She started her career at Amethis finance, a Paris-based investment fund supporting small businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa in various sectors (FMCG, Financial Services, Healthcare, Logistics & Transport…), before moving into Venture Capital. She is now a Principal at B&Y Venture Partners, a Beirut-based firm that invests globally, acting as a bridge between the MENA region and the more mature western ecosystems.
In parallel to her investment occupations, Nadia is also a trainer and a coach with Eedama, a social enterprise implementing development and impact projects in the region. With Eedama, Nadia has been developing and delivering multiple business and entrepreneurship trainings to start-ups, social and green entrepreneurs and small businesses, with a special focus on women entrepreneurs. She sits on Eedama’s Advisory Board.
Nadia holds a double master’s degree in Public Affairs and in Management from two of France's best academic institutions: Sciences Po Paris and HEC Paris.
