DEADLINE INFORMATION:
-Band Fees / School Owned Instruments / Trip Fees - All applications must be received on or before August 23, 2019.
-Private Lesson Scholarships - All private lesson scholarship applications must be received on or before September 6.
-Applications received after the deadlines listed above will be added to a waitlist and will only be granted if funds become available. Waitlisted applications will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis.
-The application is only applicable for the 2019-2020 school year. All students must resubmit applications for the 2020-2021 school year.

SCHOLARSHIP RESULTS:
-Band fee, instrument, and trip scholarship results will be communicated and arranged with the parent/guardian on August 26.
-NOTE: Due to further cuts to the band budgets across the board for the 2019-2020 school year and the ever-
increasing prices of all educational materials, most band fee applications will result in a payment plan. The band
director will work with each family individually.
-Private lesson scholarship results will be emailed out during the week of September 9-13.

LESSON SCHOLARSHIP LENGTH
-Lesson scholarships will begin during the week of September 16 and will end on April 24.
-Private lesson contracts expire on April 24. All students must reapply for 2020-2021 scholarships.

SUMMER LESSONS
-While students are encouraged to continue lessons after April 24, they are not required to do so.
-Parents are responsible for 100% of private lesson fees after April 24. The band department is not responsible for any lesson payments after the private lesson expiration date listed above.
