State Referee Committee Mentor Request

If your club, league, or tournament would like to request that the State Referee Committee assign mentors to assist with referee training and development, please fill out the following form.

The longer the lead time provided, the more likely your request will be full-filled. Referee assignments are not needed to fill out the request.  Please review your schedules and put in mentor requests for any busy weekends where you have a lot of regular season games, tournaments, or events.

This is a free developmental opportunity provided by the State Referee Committee for all U.S. Soccer affiliated clubs, leagues, and tournaments
