Registration for PSBcreative's Summer Camp - The Music Man Jr.  
The PSBcreative tradition of excellence in performing arts continues with our Summer Camp production of THE MUSIC MAN. JR.

Please complete registration after reading, understanding and agreeing to all of the info below.  

Registration closes on May 28.  

As of now, all camp days and performances will be at: TBA
Our camp days / times will be: 
July 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21
From 8:30am to 4:00pm 

Our performances of The Music Man will be on:
Friday, July 22 at 6:30pm
Saturday, July 23 at 6:30pm
Sunday, July 24 at 2:00pm

Who can participate:
Our camp is open to students ages 8 to 14.
Students may register to perform or be part of our stage / tech crew.

Registration:
Registration ends on Saturday, May 28.
This is a very challenging, one-of-a-kind program.  

Participation fee:
$250.00 if paying by May 13.
$280.00 if paying from May 14 to June 11.  
Payment in full is due by June 11.  
Payment to be made via Venmo (@PSBcreative) or checks can be mailed to: PSBcreative, PO Box 443, Marietta GA, 30061- 0443.
Some scholarships are available for families in need.  
This participation fee includes: instruction at all camp days (67.5 hours), 3 performances, a t-shirt ($10), student script ($10).  
We hope to offer a cast party as well but families may be asked to contribute to help make it happen.  

Auditions:
Saturday, May 14 from 10am to 2pm at TBA.

Although all registered students will be cast, an audition will be required for those interested in performing specific roles.  
Auditions will consist of acting, singing and dancing.
Additional audition info can be found at:  https://www.mtishows.com/broadway-junior/audition-central.  At “Select a show” click the drop down menu and type (or scroll down to) THE MUSIC MAN Jr.  Here you will see a description for each character as well as the required acting / singing for each audition.  Dancing requirements will come soon.
Students must be registered prior to auditioning.  
Casting will be announced on Saturday, May 28.

What to bring every day:
A bagged lunch and snacks.  Do not come to camp on an empty stomach.  
Water bottle.  It is important to stay hydrated throughout these challenging (but very fun) days!
Your script (which we will provide).  You are expected to come prepare with your lines and music well learned.
Comfortable clothes & sneakers.  Deodorant, etc. as necessary.  You will be moving and on your feet throughout the day!
A towel to sit on during lunch and hand sanitizer. 
Your best attitude and enough energy to actively and cooperatively participate throughout the day!
Please label all your belongings. 

Volunteers:
To produce a show like this in less than 2 weeks is a huge undertaking and we will need  your help. 
We will have opportunities for family members to volunteer.  More details to come.

Release and Waiver:  As a condition of my child being permitted to participate in this program, on behalf of myself, my child, my spouse and our heirs, I hereby forever release, waive, covenant not to sue, exonerate, discharge and agree to hold harmless the operators of this camp:  Peter Bush & PSBcreative, LLC, its employees, subcontractors and affiliates (hereinafter “PSB”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever that I have against PSB with respect to any injury, illness, death, property damage or other loss that may result, directly or indirectly, from my child’s participation in any of the activities, whether caused by the negligence of PSB, or otherwise.  I agree that, having taken such precautions as PSB deems advisable, the camp operators, school and school staff will not be held responsible for any sickness or accident to the camper, no matter how caused. If for any reason the camper requires medical attention, I agree to be responsible for any expense incurred. I covenant and agree to indemnify PSB, its employees and staff and save them harmless from and with respect to all suits, actions and claims by reason of any activity carried out by the camper, whether on or off the School’s property. I, being legally able to register the camper, have read and fully accept this Camper Release.I acknowledge that PSB may take photographs, video, audio or other recordings which may capture my child’s name, image and likeness, either individually or as part of a group. I further acknowledge that PSB may wish to use such images, both internally and externally, from administrative purposes and/or for purposes associated with, but not limited to, the marketing, promotion and hosting of PSB or any other PSB-related affair. I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consent, authorize and grant to PSB the right to use, reproduce, display, distribute and make derivative use of my child’s voice, testimonial, image and likeness (in any and all media) recorded while engaging in this program for or on behalf of PSB and acknowledge that no royalties, fees or other compensation whatsoever will be provided to my child in connection thereto. I further hereby release PSB from any and all claims which I may now or in the future have relating to ownership, use, reproduction, display, distribution or other exploitation of the materials produced by, or at the direction of, PSB which may contain my child’s name, voice, image or likeness.   *
