Conditions
1. The registration fees is $50 and will cover the price of the books payable at the time of submission of the form. Places are limited and the registration will be confirmed only if the registration fees are paid.

2. The tuition for the year will be:
* $600 for primary classes (until 6th year)
* $650 for advanced classes (7th and 8th year - because of the requirements and class sizes)


3. Payment of the Instillments follow the schedule:
- $50   At registration (it covers registration fees, books and t-shirt)
- 40% Before the beginning of the study mid September
- 40% Beginning of January
- 20% Beginning of  March

** Classes are offered on Saturdays and Sundays (9.30 - 15.00) at 1260 Mackay, suite 300, Montreal, QC, H3G 2H4
** Our curriculum is based on international standards

4. Optional: the school offers a light lunch for students at the cost of $140/year. Parents can also arrange for their children snack or lunch on their own.

5. Harassment SHALL NOT be accepted or tolerated.

6. Parents have the right to communicate with the teacher directly to inquire about the students situation or they can consult with the administration if they prefer. If parents wish to communicate with the teachers, it can be either by email or by appointment. Teachers shall have the right to refuse meeting parents during class time.

7. The administration shall have the right to send students home if they do not cooperate in a consistent manner. In the case of terminating a student, the parents have the right to get refunded for their payment  for the remaining period of the year.

8. Parents can consult with the administration in case of student's termination. Yet, the administration decision will be final and binding. The director of the school shall have the final decision on student's termination.

9. A monetary penalty is imposed for late students' pickup. $1/minute up to $20/student/day when parents are late to pick up the students unless otherwise arranged with the administration. This penalty will be added to the student's financial account.

10. The administration shall retain the right to terminate students who are always late. PLEASE do respect the time of the class. The administration shall retain the right to terminate students who do not obey the school code of conduct.

11. The students are required to participate in the school activities indoor and outdoor because we adopt an active learning approach in which students must observe their day to day environment to be able to describe it or interact with it.

12. The school might take photos or recording of classes during certain activities.

13. We have limited seats in most classes. Seats are filled on first come first served basis. We do not have a waiting list.

14. Ages for classes varies but we do accept kids born in 2019 or after for first class.

15. Seats are limited in upper primary classes. Priority is given to families already registered in school.
