Summer Housing 2024 Parent Approval
Students under the age of 18 are unable to complete the housing application until they receive approval from a parent or legal guardian. Please have your parent or guardian complete the section below.  After submitting the parent approval, the student will be able to complete the application. By signing my full name below I allow my student, named above, to sign the Residence Hall Contract with University Housing at Kent State University. Additionally, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept this Residence Hall Contract on behalf of my student including but not limited to the matter of payment, cancellations, forfeitures, consolidation and agree to assume the financial obligations and abide by the other terms, conditions and policies contained in the above contract. Further, I understand this contract is for contracted weeks of the summer term (Sunday-Saturday) and cannot be cancelled except as specified in the Cancellation of Contract, Section D. *
