Volunteer registration: Coastal Cleanup Day in Davis on Saturday, September 23rd (Cleanup from 9am until noon and free lunch at noon)
Join us on Saturday, September 23rd for the annual Coastal Cleanup Day event ! Help us keep the Putah Creek watershed beautiful by collecting trash and debris, then enjoy a free burrito lunch after the cleanup. Coastal Cleanup Day is our largest creek cleanup of the year, although we hold three other cleanup events in the park for Earth Day (April), in January, and in July. We will be meeting in the northwest corner of the Davis Target parking lot (4601 2nd St, Davis, CA 95618) and cleaning up the adjacent City-owned storm water detention channel that runs alongside Arroyo Ave. 

We are holding cleanups at two other sites for Coastal Cleanup Day, one in Winters Nature Park and one at Stevenson Bridge (between Davis and Winters). This registration form is for the cleanup in Davis. Find the others on our website, putahcreekcouncil.org/events.

Please wear sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a reusable water bottle.  All necessary equipment, water, and a lunch after the event will be provided*, but bring reusable gloves or buckets to collect trash if you have them to help make this a zero/low waste event. No prior experience is needed and all are welcome!  *Please fill out the registration form by 10AM on Tuesday, September 19th to guarantee that we will have a lunch for you.
