This year we are awarding excellence across the Northwest! Who do you know that deserves special recognition for their outstanding work or support? All nominees will receive a special thank you letter letting them know they're greatly appreciated!

We will announce the shortlisted Heroes on 7th of October via Facebook as well as our website - www.samsdiamonds.org.uk - and our award ceremony will take place on the 19th of November.

* Young person of the year (9-18 y/o) - This award acknowledges the hard work, compassion, selflessness and positive impact displayed by someone aged between 9 and 18 years’ old.

* Superstar Award (18+) - This award champions someone who has gone above and beyond in their role or who has made a significant contribution in supporting a service user or charity.

* Commitment to the Community - This award recognises individuals in our community who have given their time, actions and dedication towards a charity or individual.

* Unsung Hero - This award exemplifies the spirit of a hero. This recipient is a person who, through their hard work and selflessness, goes above and beyond what is asked of them but often goes unrecognised.
