The Idlewild International Film Fest is a Women's centered film festival, comprised of; film, art, media education, music, and culture. All film submissions to the festival must include a woman above the line crew member, in order to be eligible for screening.

IIFF Volunteer Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Registration
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Festival Grounds
- Giving directions to festival attendees
- Helping vendors with set-up
- Marketing
- Come enjoy free entry to the festival to take place in Idlewild Michigan July 12th & 13th
