If you are interested in participating in this year's Pentathlon competition, please continue to the next section to complete the Intent to Participate Form. 

Please note that this form is not a commitment or promise to pay, but it must be completed in order to be included in the current year's correspondence.

Note: If you are not employed by the school/district you are coaching for, please submit a signed letter from the school principal. The letter should be on official letterhead authorizing you to act as the Academic Pentathlon Coach and represent the school.
