Workshop Terms and Conditions:
*For 2-Day workshops, the selected date will apply to the 1st day of workshop and the following date will automatically apply to the 2nd day. The time slots will remain the same.
E.g Selected "16 Nov, Tuesday, 10am - 1pm" (1st day) = Automatically applied "18 Nov, Thursday, 10am - 1pm" (2nd day).
*For all music workshops, participants are required to bring their own instruments.
*Studio 19 will not be liable for any damages to personal equipment.
*Your booking will be only be confirmed upon full payment.
*Bookings have to be made at least 24 hours before the workshop commencement date and time to be considered.
*All payments are non-transferable.
*Cancellation have to be made 72 hours in advance from the workshop commencement date and time for full payment to be refunded.
*Cancellation have to be made 24 hours in advance from the workshop commencement date and time for 50% of the payment to be refunded.
*Cancellation made less than 24 hours from the workshop commencement date and time are not entitled to any refunds.
*All pictures are for illustration purposes only. Final outcome of workshop may vary.
*In the event of a government-mandated shutdown or circumstances beyond our company's reasonable control and are instructed to cease operations, all workshops will be conducted online over video chat (Zoom) in place of the physical workshop.
