Summer 2024 Coaching Retreat Registration

This form is for district/school group registrations who wish to be invoiced and use district funds for payment.

Up to 10 participants can be registered with this form. If you don't need all 10 registrations, you may leave the unused blank. If you need more than 10 registrations, you may submit the form multiple times.

Once the form is submitted, we will invoice for the total amount. Your registration is not complete and your spots are not guaranteed until we receive payment or a PO from the district.

Registration is $600/participant and the conference t-shirt (size selected on the form) is included in the registration cost.

Early bird registration is $550/participant through May 31, 2024.
