In order for us to best serve you, we need to hear from you! We want to know what you feel are your immediate needs and concerns surrounding DEI in your programs, business, and even personal life.

A DEI workgroup would be similar to the current WAIC Day camp and Resident Camp workgroups. Anyone would be welcome to participate in ongoing discussions on implementing your DEI efforts in your camp programs. Potential sessions could focus on hiring, recruiting, programming, camp policies, staff training, conversations with parents, etc. (Just to name a few)
