In view of the ongoing COVID-19 virus risk, we have decided to cancel our October, 2020 dance and we would like your feedback about under what conditions you would be likely to attend a Faculty Dance Club event. Please look at each of the following factors and select the combination of factors that you would require in order to feel comfortable attending a Faculty Dance Club event. You should assume that at the time of the dance, State and University guidelines would permit the event under the conditions selected. We clearly would not have it if that were not the case.
