Follow these steps to register your child for Clarksville City Rec:
1) Complete the online sign up for each child.  Deadline of April 1st, 2024.
2) Mail $30 (Checks payable to Clarksville City Rec) registration fee to Clarksville City Hall or place in City Hall Dropbox by  April 1st, 2024.

3) Communication will come from your child’s coach via text message, email, or note home from school in regards to practices beginning and game schedules for each offered sport.

Common Questions
1) Can I register late?  Yes, although registrations received after the April 1st deadline will not be eligible for the free t-shirt.  The t-shirt (used as baseball and softball uniform) will need to be purchased directly from  KJ-Designs.

2) Can I help coach my child’s team?  Yes, answer yes on registration questionnaire, or message City Rec Facebook Page. Adults helping will be asked to complete a background check form.

3) When do the sports season start?
T-ball:  May-June for Preschool-Kindergarten  
Baseball:  May-June for 1st-6th grade boys.  
Softball:  May-June for 1st-6th grade girls.
Flag Football:  August-September for 3rd-4th grade boys. (Additional cost, The W League)
Volleyball:  September-October for 3rd-6th grade girls.
Basketball:  December-February for 1st-6th grade boys and girls.

5) I do not have internet, how can I register?  Call Laura at 319-415-4912 and we will register over the phone.

6) Who is my child’s coach and when does practice start? Practice should start close to the timelines above and coaches will contact parents with practice schedules and contact information.
