Gentle Chair Yoga For Narika's Clients - [Live Virtual Sessions]
Thank you for your interest in Trauma-Informed Yoga by Exhale to Inhale. These Gentle Chair Yoga Sessions are for survivors of domestic violence. The goal of these sessions is to provide survivors a confidential and safe space to practice self care and to feel better.    

ABOUT THE SESSIONS

~The yoga sessions are offered LIVE and especially designed for survivors of domestic violence

~The yoga is very gentle and you will not need any special accessories. You can practice using a chair or a mat. Please contact us if you need a mat. 

~ These sessions are FREE for survivors of domestic violence. Once you register with Narika using this form, we will be in touch for a quick call and then give you the zoom link  to attend the sessions. 

~ Sessions will run for 12 weeks, from May 10 to July 26  2024

~ Sessions will be held once a week on Fridays, 7:00-7:45 AM PST, via zoom.  

~All sessions are facilitated by a Wellness Instructor, who has completed their YTT (yoga teacher training) and is also certified in trauma-informed yoga from Exhale to Inhale and a Narika DV Advocate.

~During the sessions, after the initial check in, you may keep your camera off while practicing yoga, if that feels more comfortable

~ All participants will also get tips for self care as follow up to live sessions as well as regular reminders for attendance from Narika staff

By my participation in yoga classes and/or workshops taught by Exhale to Inhale teachers, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, that I might incur in such practice. 2) I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in yoga. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in yoga classes. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when I begin class of any injury or other condition that might affect my ability to participate, and to inform the instructor immediately if an injury occurs during class.3)  I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Exhale to Inhale and its teachers for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in its yoga classes. 4) I have carefully read this waiver and release, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to the above.
