Spectator Expectations & COVID Guidelines
This is a Drug/Chemical free event. Any abuse of the “NO TOBACCO, NO E-CIGARETTES/VAPING, NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL” rule will require parents/guardians &/or police to be called immediately and student will be removed from the game.

 I will assess the following before attending the Powder Puff Football Game.  
*  Fever (temperature 100.4°F or higher) without having taken any fever reducing medications
*  Difficulty or trouble breathing
*  New cough or a cough that gets worse
*  New loss of taste or smell
Do you have at least TWO of the following symptoms?
*  Sore throat
*  Nausea
*  Vomiting
*  Diarrhea
*  Chills
*  Muscle pain
*  Excessive fatigue (extreme tiredness)
*  New or severe headache
*  New nasal congestion or runny nose

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay home.   

In addition, I agree to not hold the MWHS, the MWHS Class of 2023 Senior Party Planning Committee or its members liable for any accidents or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.  This is not a school sponsored event.
