Community Action Project - Interest Form
Act To Change is looking for Community Action Project (CAP) partners for our 2022 Fall cohort! Our CAPs pair groups of our Youth Ambassadors (YAs) with organizations and field advisors to create deliverables that build leadership within the AAPI youth community. This will be a remote partnership at no cost to the partnering organization.

The Youth Ambassadors Program (YAP), conducted in partnership with The Asian American Foundation, will engage and empower Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth across the United States to end bullying in their communities. To learn more about our program please visit our website here:

Community Action Project (CAP) Information
Our CAP partners are expected to commit to the following: (1) Select 1-2 CAP advisors with subject-matter expertise on topic covered by CAP group, (2) Regular email correspondence between CAP groups and advisors, (3) Complete evaluation to critique deliverable quality, YA engagement, and coordination of the program, and (4) Advisors meet with CAP groups from September to November virtually to record progress and check-ins.
