We would like to invite you to join us on May 18, 2024, for our “Honoring Our Children” 37th Annual Powwow at Kelso High School.

The cost for a vendor space is $70.00 (non-refundable) and one donated item (minimum value $10) for the raffle. This is a flat fee for a 15’x5’ space (no pop-up) or a 12’x5’ space (no pop-up) or 10’x10’ space (pop-ups allowed). If more space is needed, an additional $70 (non-refundable) will be charged for each additional space. We have Non-profit spaces available, at no cost, the sizes are 4’x5’ and 6’x5’. Please bring your own tables and chairs, as we will not be able to borrow any from the school. If you have been a vendor before and have a favorite space, please remember that spaces are reserved on a first-come first-paid basis. Upon receiving your table(s) fee, we will send a receipt and a confirmation map with your assigned space(s). Your lunch and dinner are provided along with donuts, coffee, and juice for early birds.

There are a few spaces that have access to electrical outlets (please see the map). If you need an outlet please let us know in advance. You must supply your own power cord and cords are not allowed in the walkway, as this is a tripping hazard.

For Food Truck Vendors you will need to obtain all permits and food handlers cards, prior to the date of the event, please check with Cowlitz County Environmental Health Services at 360-414-7531.

Set up: May 17th Friday 5pm-8 pm (No security on site. Locked doors only) and/or May 18th Saturday 7:30 am

Event Time: May 18th Saturday Noon-9 pm

Clean up: May 18th Saturday 9pm-11 pm

Powwow Committee is not responsible for any theft, injury, damage, or vandalism both off and on-premises. No alcohol or drugs allowed, this includes the selling of pictures of drugs or alcohol. We look forward to seeing you there.
