Circular economy in North East Wales

Llangollen and Mold Town Councils and a number of community groups from across North East Wales have developed this short survey to explore ideas which could help reduce household costs, increase well-being, provide learning opportunities and reduce pressure on our planet.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey - your answers matter. This information will help us to prioritise what people think is important and seek funding to deliver some of it.

Library of Things: being able to borrow rarely-used items eg carpet cleaner, hedge trimmer, tent etc in the same way you might borrow a book from a library

Repair Cafés: a community event where you can get broken items fixed by specialist fixers and also learn skills to help you fix items yourself to save them being thrown away

Community Recycling: for those items that local authorities are presently unable to collect through kerbside recycling eg crisp packets, baby food sachets, toothpaste tubes etc.

Clothes Swap: items you no longer wear are exchange for something new-to-you

Refill Schemes: Refill app connects people to places they can eat, drink and shop without the pointless packaging
