ELF wants to celebrate the staff who go above and beyond! We will be implementing a shout-out every month. The shout-outs are given to staff, by staff. Everyone is eligible to receive and give as many shout-outs! At the staff meeting, the Executive Director will randomly select one, and that staff member will receive 4 hours paid time off. There are no secret shout-outs, staff must use their name when filling out this form.
