"Baak Confidence Circles" are virtual discussions on self doubt, imposter syndrome and confidence issues that women face.

Even in privileged societies, research finds that women lose 30% of their confidence between the age of 8-13 years. This is not a problem women have. This is a societal problem that women are victims to.

In this discussion, our speakers open with stories and  presentations on this topic of Confidence and the gendered experience of it.

This is also a great opportunity to meet incredible young women from different geographic locations, educational institutions and age groups. You can also join the discussion with your questions on self doubt.
