The mentorship program offers flexibility for both mentors and mentees to determine a structure that best meets their needs. The effectiveness of the program is depends on the collaborative efforts of participants to ensure proactive engagement. Should you encounter any issues regarding your mentor or mentee at any point, please do not hesitate to contact the program administrator.

The Gender Equity Initiative and the ABAA will review mentee applicants based on the submitted application materials. No background checks will be conducted on the applicants. Mentors are expected to do their due diligence. *

The program contains two mandatory surveys to collect feedback from mentors and mentees for planning purposes. The program administrators rely on thoughtful feedback to assess areas of improvement for the program.  *
