This is a shorter form used just to book my pre-drawn flash designs. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee you the design you are looking to book. I will respond to the first person who submits a form to go ahead with booking.

All flash is required to be tattooed on limbs only. Do you have a very specific placement in mind or are you more open?

All flash is labeled with “Color Only,” “Blackwork and Color Only” or “Choice.” Please select which is listed next to the design you’re booking, and if “Choice” applies, choose accordingly.

(If it’s an old flash design, it may not be labeled! Feel free to select a “Choice” option in that case!)
