Musicians will receive one 10x20 parking spot per package. How many vendor spaces will you need? ( 1 Space = 10ft Wide x 20ft long )

Performance Perks & Protocol 

The market will set up one 10x10 canopy tent, one small table and will provide power accommodations for the band. We will buy each performer lunch from one of our local vendors for performing at the market plus promote each band on social media and in our newsletter. 

In addition to bringing music equipment and performing, each musician is encouraged to have a tip jar, marketing materials, band memorabilia and music for sale to enhance the experience.
  Acknowledgement:  
   I understand that the Meadows Farmers Market is a seasonal market, open Sundays, rain or shine, 9 am - 3 pm December 2023 - April 2024 to the public, and that the band will be required to be present  Sunday during the duration of the package selected unless proven to be an emergency.

I understand that all musicians are to arrive by 8am to be set up for the market at 8:45am, must stay for the entire duration of the market and must be packed up to leave by 4:30pm.

I understand that this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Meadows Farmers Market and each musician will need to wait to hear from management for approval to sign an official contract to become a vendor of the Meadows Farmers Market.

All applications will be submitted to the Vendor Committee and are subject for approval. 

Upon approval you will receive a contract agreement for your selected package.
