GUIDE LINES FOR SNDTWU AVISHKAR 2019-20 PARTICIPANTS

1) A student/researcher from any level can select a research topic from any one of the research categories.
2) The paper must around 3000 words and all posters should be converted in to a poster.
3) Venue: Foyer, Mini – Auditorium, SNDT Women’s University, Juhu Campus, Santacruz (W), Mumbai 400 049
     Date of SNDT WU Avishkar 2019-20 :–15th January 2020.
     Reporting time: 9:30 am.
4) Display of POSTERS by all participants between 9:30 - 10:30 am. (15th January 2020).
     Poster size: 1x1 meter.
5) The poster should not reveal any identity of the participant, departmental or college affiliation.
6) All necessary material should be brought by presenters (such as thumb pins, scissors, Tapes, Adhesives etc.)
7) Assessment Round – 1: - Evaluation of the posters by experts will begin from 10:30 am onwards.
8) Assessment Round – 2:- Time for oral presentation: 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for    
     questions- answer session)  
9) Scanned soft copies of recent photo and signature.
10) Participants/Presenters should carry respective identity cards of Dept/College/Institute
11) PDF version of PPT and paper is must to avoid soft or hardware compatibility issues.
12) Decision of the expert/s will be final.
13) Last date for entry is 11 January 2020
14) Duly filled form (hard copy )with photos and  departmental or college affiliation to be bought on 15th January 2020 with a scanned copy be forwarded to Avishkar team ,  on below given email.
