Term 2, 2024 - Reschedule a Session
If unable to attend your tutoring session TODAY, we ask as a courtesy to your tutor please call or text us immediately on 0499 999 810. Do not use this form.
This form is only to be used for rescheduling a future tutoring session. Submit a new form for each session to be rescheduled. All reschedule requests must be received prior to 7pm the night before the session. After this time it is a late cancellation and the session will be recorded as a missed session.
In accordance with our terms and conditions all cancelled sessions must be made up within the term. Cancelled sessions cannot be carried over to the following term. A cancelled session generates an email to you with a link to rebook the session. The onus is on you as the client to rebook the session within the term. If you cannot find a suitable time then please contact us by email.
Cancelled sessions can only be made up via AvivOnline. Please be mindful when cancelling a session that our elite tutors are in high demand and have very limited availability outside your regular tutoring time.
