FIC Program Level 2 - Module A (Fees - $280 for 5 lessons)

At level 2, you will delve deeper into your thought-movement patterns; the relationship with yourself, between you and others and the environment around you. You’ll get into connecting your entire system and exploring the intricate relationship of the head-spine-pelvis.

Learn how you can refine your observation skills of movement patterns in people and how you can bring awareness, freedom and inspire change to others through hands-on practice

Deepen your understanding of basic principles with new movements, explore new connections through movement variations and uncover the ‘teacher’ within your own body.
