Claiming this RSVP means you, and everyone in your party recognizes that due to COVID-19 there is a risk in gathering with any size group.  You are accepting the risk and also agreeing to follow the safety procedures established by Silver Creek, which are described below.  (Read below for the safety procedures that will be in place for services at SCFC).  If you agree to the above statement please select agree below.  If you don't agree, please do not submit this form and plan to join us when health risks have been further reduced. *
The following Safety Procedures will be put in place Children's Ministry at Silver Creek Family Church.
Children’s Ministry Plan
Attendees can secure their children’s spot using our RSVP system.
The team will be print the sticker label with the information when RSVP closes or Sunday morning previous to service.
If there is a child that was not in the RSVP list we will check to see if someone did not show up or if we still have space available.
Children’s ministry will take place it the gymnasium, following the protocol from the State six feet between each other to a max capacity 40 kids from Base camp, Farm and Jungle (potty training required). The social distancing between the children will be marked with a cushion, a six-foot distance between each child.
Parents and children will enter through the gymnasium doors, the doors will be open ten minutes prior to service.
The check-in station will be at the front of the gym.
We will have hooks to hang jackets or bags on the walls at the entrance of the gym.
We will ask children and parents to use the bathroom in case they need it before we start our activities.
Bathroom Rule: we will be using the general bathroom in the gym. In case of children needing to use the restroom during service hours, a volunteer will escort the child to the bathroom and wait outside, and then escort them back to the group activities.
Face Masks are to be worn by all children, volunteers, and teachers, for the duration of the time in the building (masks will be provided to anyone who forgot to bring their mask).
Temperatures will be taken of each individual entering the building and will only be allowed to enter if their temperature is below 100.4 degrees
Hand sanitizer will be distributed to kids before we start activities and will be also available throughout the building.
Food, snacks and drinks are not allowed in the gym. We will not be providing snacks
Each child will have their own crayons, zipper pencil pouch, coloring pages or items for their activities. The exchange of crayons and supplies will not be allowed.
Each zipper pencil pouch will be labeled with the child’s name.
Each child will be responsible for cleaning his or her supplies, and have volunteers available if help is needed. Supplies can be place back in the designated area to be used again the following week.
Activities or games will follow the safe protocols by the State.
Children’s pick up will enter through the lobby and exit out the front gym doors.

PPE Utilization
• Face Masks are to be worn by all attendees for the duration of the time in the building (masks will be provided to anyone who forgot to bring their mask)
• Hand sanitizers are available throughout the building
• Latex gloves will also be provided to any attendees that may be interested
• Temperatures will be taken of each individual entering the building and will only be allowed to enter if their temperature is below 100.4 degrees
On-Location Physical Distancing
• Reduced room capacity – maximum of 40 people/service
• Attendees can secure their spot by using our RSVP system which will be available Wednesday evenings around 6pm  - The link can be found on our Facebook Page and Website
• Families will be seated around tables, in order of arrival, starting with the front of the worship center and working our way to the back while maintaining proper social distancing guidelines
• We have posted signs about not shaking hands and hugging
• We have an offering box, located in the lobby for collecting in-person tithes & offerings
• We will clear people from the building quickly, after service.  Those that want to stay for the post-service chat are welcome to remain at their table but will be asked to leave immediately after the post-service chat concludes
• If an individual chooses to not follow PPE Usage and Physical Distancing Requirements they will be reminded to comply.  If they continue to not follow the requirements they will be asked to no longer attend until the requirements are lifted
• Restrooms will have a capacity limit of two per restroom. Additional individuals will need to wait in the hallway for space to open in the restroom.
Worship Team and Tech Team
• All individuals helping to facilitate our morning service will be wearing masks when in common areas
• Our speakers and worship team, including vocalists and instrumentalists will continue the same procedures from the stage and green room that we have followed throughout the COVID-19 situation
• All team members will be asked to stay in their assigned position as much as possible to prevent interaction with those attending
• All team members will exit out the back door to limit exposure with those in attendance
• Any team member or speaker that has been exposed to an individual with COVID-19 is asked to not attend services until two weeks have passed or they have received a negative COVID-19 test
Hygiene
• We have temporarily eliminated handouts of any kind (programs, connect card, message notes & pens)
• We have had medical professionals work with us to help develop best practices related to the health of our guests
• We have three hand sanitizing stations available for convenient use at the front door, the worship center door and by the restrooms.
• Regardless of the weather, we will prop doors open leading into the lobby, the worship center and the bathrooms so that people do not have to touch door handles
Sanitation
• Increased cleaning and sanitizing of all areas being occupied in the church
• Weekly sanitation of the facility in preparation for Sunday gatherings. Paying special attention to high-touch areas and surfaces
• When additional services are added to Sunday mornings, surfaces, doorknobs, and bathrooms will be sanitized throughout the morning.
Symptom Monitoring
• Require attendees to self-check prior to attending a service and stay home if they have any of the following symptoms
     *Fever or chills
     *Cough
     *Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
     *Fatigue
     *Muscle or body aches
     *Headache
     *New loss of taste or smell
     *Sore throat
     *Congestion or runny nose
     *Nausea or vomiting
     *Diarrhea
• Any family or person that has been around any individuals diagnosed with COVID-19 over the past two weeks are asked to stay home unless they have received a negative COVID-19 test
Incident Reporting
• Anyone that attends SCFC and discovers they have contracted COVID-19, in the two weeks post attendance, is expected to promptly notify our Executive Team - staff@silvercreekfamily.org
• If individuals report being diagnosed with COVID-19, SCFC will promptly notify WA State Department of HealthLocation
Disinfection Procedures
• We have developed an ongoing cleaning protocol once SCFC is meeting again
• We have deep cleaned the entire church, shampooed the carpets, sanitized worship center chairs, disinfected surfaces, bathrooms, doorknobs, and light switches.
• Every toy and surface in the children’s ministry areas have been sanitized and disinfected
• Authorized access to the facility will be through the front door
COVID -19 Safety Training
• We will continue to encourage all individuals that are considered high risk, currently sick or hesitant to gather to continue to safely join us, online, for our weekly services
• The SCFC Guest Services and Staff have been trained in managing attendees
• Guest Services will maintain appropriate protocol in regards to new greeting and guest engagement
• The SCFC Staff will enforce appropriate social distancing
• Doors are to remain open for the duration of the morning in order to eliminate surface contaminationExposure Response
Procedure
• Maintain a weekly RSVP and Tracking System of all who are in attendance
• If a case of COVID-19 is discovered, on a given week, all attendees will be promptly notified
Post-Exposure Incident Project-Wide Recovery Plan
• Should a COVID-19 case be determined on our property or in our service, the building will be promptly closed, disinfected, and sanitized while maintaining safety procedures for all individuals conducting the cleaning
