Beginning Wednesday, August 26, and every two weeks through October, Mrs. Jones will provide curbside library book checkout at the main entrance of Lithonia High School. Come by and browse, or use this form to request a particular book.

1. I'll have a cart of new books for you to browse and check out.

2. If there's a particular book you want, search Destiny Discover to see if we have the book: https://search.follettsoftware.com/metasearch/ui/50119 

3. Fill out the form below with your name, S number, and titles of the books you want to check out. You must request the books by the Tuesday night before the scheduled Wednesday date.

4. Come by on these dates/times to pick up your books. Mrs. Jones WILL ONLY BE AT LHS THESE DATES AND TIMES!

5. If you don't pick up your books, they will be reshelved and you have to request again.

6. If you still have library media center books from last year, you can return them on these dates.

7. Wear a mask! Pick up your books at the main LHS entrance.
