This form is to get a general understanding of the Italian population in London on creating an Italian cultural centre in the British capital.

The cultural centre will:
- Serve Italian food and drinks, such as pizza, fried canopis, pasta and Spritz.
- Have live music concerts from emerging Italian bands.
- Show live football for Italian teams for Champions League,  Europa League, Serie A and Coppa Italia
- Have old school games like: Risiko, Subbuteo and Biliardino (table football), Scopa e Briscola (card games).
- Give help to Italians abroad from Italians who have already gone through this.
- Have rooms to rent for short term periods 15, 30, 30+ days, a rarity in London.
- Cooking classes
- Emerging Italian artists presentations
