Riding on Government’s pledge to develop Hong Kong into Asia’s Green Finance Hub, over these years, the financial and business sectors have been gearing up for developing financial products and services that can help create a more sustainable environment.  There have also been surging input in promotion efforts, such as the recent creative Green Finance advertisement series of some banks, for raising the awareness of Green Finance amidst not only investors but also the public at large.

For decades, Architects in Hong Kong have been playing rising roles in environment protection, involving in the development of green buildings and social sustainability in our design of cities.  This seminar is an opportunity to explore outside our ambit into the financial world to understand the ecology of green finance and how it helps the common goal to pursue sustainability and avert climate change.
