The Underdog Event - July 2019 Round!
The Underdog Event is a quarterly event created to discover artistic creativity throughout Second-life.  This event is open to everyone who makes original content, be it a Major Known Brand in SL or a new up and comer!

100% of the content is made by the designer (other than scripts & some poses in Furniture).  There is absolutely no template use allowed.   This is an opportunity for designers who aren't so well known or are older designers learning how to now create mesh, to be seen.

All artwork needs to be owned by the designer  or shown permission for use.   This includes Tattoo Artwork.

Event Timeline
    Event start: Current Month 1st @ Noon SLT
    Event end: Following Month 1st @ Noon SLT
    New event set up:26th of the Month @ 12:30 Noon SLT -28th Noon SLT

If not set up by NOON on the 28th, without given notice of delay, a call goes out to Underdog On call group to fill vacant space.

Example: If you sign up for JULY, set up time happens in June.
Rules and Expectations
Template mesh IS NOT allowed and artwork and textures must be unique and your own.  The use of other peoples artwork without permission is STILL forbidden.  This includes tattoos.  

Be sure to set up on TIME!  If you have not given notice that you are running behind and you have ignored reminder notices,  your spot WILL be given to someone else.

NO REFUNDS will be given for no shows or Drop outs. Drop out and no shows without notice will not be allowed back into the event.  

Event kiosks MUST be set up in store!  We will be double checking to be sure that the kiosk is up at your store.
The Underdog Half Time Gift - The Gift that promotes YOUR store!
The Underdog Half - time gift helps promote people to visit your Store location!  So instead of free gifts being offered at the event, those gifts will be at YOUR STORE, exclusive only to The Underdog Event Update group members!  We send out a HUD to our Update group and Subscriber!  The Hud will give them a visual experience of what you offer and will provide them with a teleport to your store!   Donation of gifts for the event is VOLUNTARY only, however, we strongly suggest you  do so for additional coverage on our social media!  Donation = We plug the hell out of your brand!
Will you be providing a half time gift?  Remember, this Gift promotes YOUR brand and your location.  This helps provide traffic to your store. *
Payment Policy & Options
There are no sponsor spots.  All Spots are highly visual upon landing.  The flat rate fee is 1,000L.  You also have a choice of  25% of sales from your vendor through split scripts to "Theunderdogevent Resident".  If you chose 25% of sales option and are a NO SHOW, this will no longer be an option available for you and you will have to pay the flat rate fee.   Fees are non-refundable if you are a no show.

So what now?
We will contact you if your application is accepted and you will get a NC confirmation combined with an IM.  Those messages will include information about where to pay for your spot as well as any additional information about the event.  "Theunderdogevent Resident" will be the person coordinating the event and she will contact you if you are accepted.
