Middle School Co-Ed Futsal Intramural Sign-up 
Middle School Intramurals (MSI) will be for 5th-8th graders after school on Mondays from 3:45-5:00 pm.  Games start Monday, August 29.  If your child is participating in Middle School Futsal please carefully read and sign the form below.  
 

The following items are considered "Proper Clothing":  
  • t-shirt
  • shorts
  • leggings
  • sweat pants
Proper clothing is a requirement to play Futsal.  Students who do not have the proper clothing for participation will be sent directly to after-school care.  

Pick-Up: 5:00pm

Games end at 5:00 pm.  Students who have not been picked up by 5:00 pm will be sent to after-school care where after-school care charges will be added to your bill.   

Mrs. Brackett will send you a confirmation e-mail with the Middle School Intramural schedule and team roster.
