Vacation Bible School is Monday June 14-Friday June 18, 2021 IN PERSON.

VBS is from 9:30AM-noon. All volunteers should be here by 8:50AM each day (8:30AM on Monday) unless otherwise told and plan to stay until the last child is picked up at ~12:15PM (unless you can stay later Friday for cleanup and thank you lunch).

Please complete the following and return.

Section 1 is for EVERYONE, teen volunteers complete section 2, adult volunteers complete section 3. Everyone should submit at the end of section 3.

As a volunteer, I understand that I am here to honor God and serve for the week and that my words, actions, and behaviors affect the well-being of and are constantly being watched and imitated by children. For the benefit of all children, I will…
* Have a good attitude and help where needed/as needs and attendance numbers change.
*Use kind words and avoid foul language in dealing with children or other volunteers.
*Use my hands and body to help and not hurt children or other volunteers.
* Stay with my assigned group/area and follow instructions of the VBS director, staff, or my station/age group leader.
* Talk to the VBS director, church staff, or my station/age group leader if I have a question, concern, or things are not going well in my area.
* NOT have food out at times other than snack (as this can be both a distraction and an allergy issue for children).
* Be present in and participate in all VBS activities until dismissed.
* Have my cell phone/electonics put away during VBS hours (except in case of emergency) so as not to be distracted and to be fully present with children and activities.
* NOT take cell phone photos or videos of children (as many parents ask us not to do this).
* Wear my mask during VBS.
