In order to expand the impact of our mission of bringing the power of collaboration, self-expression and community building to all women and adults with marginalized gender identities, we will be reviewing applications to foster fairness and diversity rather than admitting applicants on a first come, first served basis.
Applications for Digital Audio Week will be open from April 5th to April 18th.
After the 18th, we will review all applications received to prioritize inclusivity and create an intentional community! We will honor our priority for folks who were signed up to attend the cancelled 2020 session of LRCB.
Once your application has been submitted, we will send an email confirming that we have received your application. We will notify everyone of their application status (accepted or waitlisted) for Rock Remote: Digital Audio Week, via email, no later than April 23rd.
Please know that we are making an effort to accommodate all who apply but we still cannot guarantee acceptance. There are limited spaces available and we cannot exceed our capacity. We regularly receive more applications than we have spots, so we may not be able to accept everyone who applies. Those who were not accepted at first will be placed on a waiting list.
Our goal is to cultivate a community that encompasses folks of different life experiences, backgrounds, relationships with musical performance, and history of involvement with the organization. We also greatly consider applicants' expression of wanting to positively impact and or learn from others in the space as well as their own self development.
This work is ongoing and ever evolving. If you have questions, feedback, or would like to be involved in the conversation, please contact
