Virtual Breakfast/Lunch Form
Please ONLY fill this out if your child is at home 100% of the time for "Acellus or Live Streaming". Breakfasts and lunches are FREE for the entire school year or until funds are depleted.  If you choose to participate in the FREE meals (breakfast/lunch), you will need to pick up the meals at the elementary school between 12:00-12:30 p.m. every Monday. If there is no school on Monday, the meals would then be picked up on Tuesday, same time frame.

This form will need to be filled out by 12:00 p.m. Friday of the previous week. The link to participate in the FREE meals will be available starting every week on Wednesday evening at 3:00 p.m.  We will begin serving these meals on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
