Mongolian Association of State Alumni (MASA) was first established in September 2007 by a handful of Fulbright and Humphrey program alumni as a community of all past and current alumni of U.S. government-funded scholarship and exchange programs. It has now grown into a dynamic professional network of more than 1000 Mongolian alumni of various long-term and short-term scholarship and exchange programs funded by the U.S. Government.

MASA believes that an experience is twice as valuable when shared with others, and even more when harnessed for the betterment of the community. Therefore, we are working VOLUNTARILY to promote democratic social development and equal opportunities across all spectrums of Mongolian society.

In 2020, MASA was selected by the U.S. government to implement the EducationUSA global program in Mongolia. Through this program, MASA is determined to bring free, high quality educational information services to students & their families and hard-to-reach communities such as people in rural and remote areas and people with special needs.
