The Federal Farm Bill asks that the local Conservation Districts provide input itself and obtain input from local people to help US Department of Agriculture programs to benefit your county in the best way possible.
We are accepting questionnaires until July 25, 2022 from the public on our resource concerns in Lancaster County.
Please review the information and list your concerns in order. The questionnaires will be tallied and summarized to provide rankings for Lancaster County.
Thank you for your participation.
The Lancaster SWCD is planning to hold a meeting on August 1, 2022 at 5pm at the office to review the results.
Please rank your resource concerns in each land use category for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
Please rank the top five in order from 1-5, with 1 being the most important and 5 being the least important.
If you have questions please contact the Lancaster Soil and Water Conservation District Manager, Amanda Roberts at 803‐286‐4455, ext. 100.
Sincerely,
Joe Ghent, Jr. Chairman
