Thank you for your interest in signing up for this year's Hoops for Healing contest.  The cost to enter is $10 per team member (no more than a team of five).  Fees can be paid at the time of the event via cash or check.  Checks can be made out to "Stephens Cancer Care Fund" MEMO: Breast Cancer.  100% of the proceeds go toward patients currently battling breast cancer at The University of Tennessee Medical Center. Donations are also greatly appreciated.
