This form will allow the CSG/CCe Business Development team to assess your eligibility for any available funding for training, following which will be used to create your Individual Learning Plan (ILP).

The Personal Learning Account that you are about to apply for is funded directly by the Welsh Government. Your participation in the programme is dependent on you providing personal data. The legal basis we rely on to process your personal data is article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation. This allows us to meet our legal duties and administer and monitor the funding we provide. A full list of special category data can be found in Part Two/Full Version of the privacy notice. The Welsh Government will be the data controller for the personal information you provide.

Following completing this form you will be asked to supply evidence such as a passport, recent payslip or qualification certificate to prove your eligibility for a Personal Learning Account Programme.
