This form is for applications for all ambassador inquiries. Applicants will not be considered without the completion of this form. All current ambassadors are required to fill out a new application at the start of every calendar year.

We are happy that you are wanting to join our ambassador program! Please answer all applicable questions truthfully. Your answers will be kept confidential to our company and for the sole purpose of choosing new ambassadors.

If I feel after reading my welcome package, I do not agree with the image and values of Apollo's True North or feel I cannot represent them properly, I will at that point, email my resignation from the position. *

16. At the start of each year, we will review our ambassador list and decide who will continue to be a part of our team going forward. Do you acknowledge that your ambassador participation and activity level will be monitored through the year and if there is a significant lack of promotional activity, an email will be sent to you stating this and your ambassador position and code will not be renewed the for the following year? *
17. I understand that I will receive a personal discount code (that will only be used for myself) as well as a discount code to be given out to friends, family & followers. *
18. I understand that both my personal code and friends & family code are only valid for Apollo's True North branded items (no tack items or items from a different brand). *
