Tuition Due Dates:
May 10th—50% of total fees due for all weeks of summer programming due
June 10th—Remaining 50% of fees for all weeks of summer programming due
Tuition assistance is not available for summer programming.
Late Payment Fees: A $50 late payment fee will be applied for any Summer Program tuition received past the due dates listed above.
Waitlist: If you are placed on a waitlist, you will be notified by email that the program is currently full and that you have been placed on the waitlist. If you are placed on the waitlist for any summer programs, you will not be charged tuition until enrollment is confirmed and you are moved off of the waitlist and into the program.
Placement: If your payment is more than 10 days overdue, the result may be to forfeit your place in the program so we can offer the spot to a family on the waitlist.
Enrollment: Current paperwork will need to be on file prior to the program start date. RMS will contact you to update this paperwork.
Cancelations: All classes are subject to enrollment minimums and caps. We will do our best to notify you at least 30 days in advance if a class is canceled due to low enrollment. If RMS cancels a class you will be refunded 100% of any tuition collected.

reception@rmschool.org. Full refunds will be provided if notified by May 31st. After June 1st no refunds will be provided.
