Mind & Body Champions registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mind & Body Champion!

Our Champion's network consists of over 800 staff and students across King's Health Partners who are tirelessly advocating for and applying the principles of mind and body care in their work. Becoming a Mind & Body Champion is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Complete the Mind & Body e-learning: https://learninghub.kingshealthpartners.org/product?catalog=khp1082c
The e-learning explains how physical and mental health commonly influence each other, and only takes around 30 minutes to complete. It is FREE for all King's Health Partners staff  and students - the fee will disappear once you register with your institutional email address.

2. Complete this registration form.

3. Email us on mindandbody@slam.nhs.uk with your e-learning certificate along with the address where you would like us to post your Mind & Body Champion badge to!
