Regitser here to donate Christmas hamper or hampers to inner-city families through "Vancouver Urban Ministries". Please fill in the following info so we can best match you with family or families that will receive the hamper.

Instructions for Hamper
Each Christmas Hamper will include the following 4 things:

1) Christmas treats : ie - chocolates, Christmas cookies, hot chocolate/marshmallows or something healthy! 

2) $100 worth of President’s Choice gift cards (in an envelope marked “Gift Cards”)

3) Individual gift for each of the children in the family
  • You will be given the full names, gender and ages of the children
  • Please choose an age/gender appropriate gift for each child, value of around $35, from the following categories:
          1. Lego 2. Arts & Crafts 3. Board or other games 4. Other toy 5. Baby toy 
  • The gifts should be wrapped and clearly labeled with the child’s full name on the outside of the wrapping.

4) A Christmas card to the family: put the $100 PC gift card in Christmas Card envelope. 
 
Wrapping Instructions
Place all hamper items together in a Christmas sack, box or large gift bag or bags, clearly labeled on the outside with the family name. Make sure one person can carry each bag/box. If it gets too heavy, split it into 2 bags.

Delivery and/Or Drop off dates info

1) Deliver Hamper - We highly recommend that you also deliver the Christmas Hamper to the family you have packed for (Delivery Hamper Deadline: Dec. 9, 2023). But if you really can't deliver, please drop it off at the following place and time, and we will arrange for delivery. 

2) Drop Off Hamper 

Place: Fraser Lands Church (Address: 3330 SE. Marine Drive, Vancouver)

Deadline : drop off by Sunday December 3, 2023

Drop Off Hours:

  • Tuesday - Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm 
  • Sunday 10am-1pm 

What church or organization (include fellowship/small group if applicable) are you with? *

If you are in a group, please indicate your group name and how many people in your group - ie : I am with the "Dove" small group, we have 10 people in our group.  This will help us match your group with a family or families with certain number of children that requires Christmas gifts.
